fail vehicle emission test, urgent!

I failed 2004 Toyota Echo emission test today. Diagnostic trouble codes are P0441, P0442, P0446. The check engine light has been on for many years and it has always passed the emission test before. However, as of Jan 01, 2013, emission testing in Ontario changed and began using the on-board diagnostic testing method instead of the old method of measuring exhaust emission straight from the tailpipe. 1/2 vehicles failed the new test due to problems with the vehicles computers, which are not due to emission problems.
Anyone here can give me the advice what to do to pass the emission test without cost too much? What should I do? I have to renew my plate end of May. Urgent!!! Many thanks!

Really, My engine light is on recently and garage think it is not a big issue.

Reset everything and then drive for a few days to take another test, if all is a false alarm.

正确的做法是：再去那里测失败一次（半价）；然后找一家能老方法测尾气管的测Pass （1533 Merivale那有一家Pennzoil可以）。

I just read some articles. If you reset eveything, as ccc said, you need to drive a couple of days to collect data, otherwise, you will still fail the test. TNND

正确的做法是：再去那里测失败一次（半价）；然后找一家能老方法测尾气管的测Pass （1533 Merivale那有一家Pennzoil可以）。
