我估计政府４到６年后应该能恢复正常招人，加上baby boomer退休潮，应该机会很多。。。

"Bob Campbell, president of the Union of Taxation Employees, said the impact of the reductions will be cushioned by a large number of vacant positions that the agency hasn’t filled. Of the 600 jobs affected, about 309 will be taken care of by vacancies and another 50 will be vacated as people leave or retire.

Campbell said 197 of UTE’s members are affected by the cuts in this round but 75 will keep their jobs and the agency has promised to find jobs for the remaining 119.
