Tax Income Return in Quebec

Is there any Quebec provincial Tax like Ontario Tax? There is only T1 General in the Forms 2012 Quebec.

Can anyone verify for me?

you have to file separate tax return with Quebec government.

I have the package for Quebec. But I can't find the Quebec Tax (provincial). Only for Federal.

No. It is a separate package.
Unlike that in Ontario, you have to file federal / provincial tax separately in Quebec.

I am sure the one you have at hand is the package to file federal tax for Quebec residents.

If you file that in paper, go to Bank Desjardins to pick up Forms and Guide for Quebec provincial Income Tax report.
