急求subsidy空位的daycare，在springland，canada post，附近都行




已经申请了政府的subsidy，但是要自己找到有subsidy空位的daycare。

刚来这里，一头雾水，上city问，人家说要自己找，打了很多daycare电话，都说没有subsidy位置。。。

有知道的妈妈请提供信息

Daycare的空位很少，即使是全自费，很多人都是提前排队，等了很久才进去的。若要是subsidy ，位子更紧张，你基本没有选择地点的可能。

去过CANADA POST西面对过那个楼里的幼儿园么？那里好象有个幼儿园。

Riverside过了Walkley那个教堂，似乎也有幼儿园。

Even you choose to pay daycare fee all by yourself, you still have to be in central waiting list for a very long time to Daycare center. 2 years ago, my son have been in central waiting list for 1 year before he got admission(we pay all fees ourself, and due to our employer, we have priority in the waiting list for the daycare are paritally founded by Public Works).
in some new develop area, parent register their kids when they are borned to secure a kindergarden afterschool spot...those examples are all without subsidy...

one of the sugguestion for LZ is choose Home daycare and pay all fee by yourself, you will have tax benefits, but I will tell you some good home daycare have its own waiting list!! believe or not, Ottawa Daycare market is CRAZY.....

as far as I know, this daycare(Topper Tots) have 60 kids in the central waiting list...
