表的中间部分有个faculty,department,program of studies该填什么？

最后那个course code 后面 section, attendance是什么意思？

what faculty are u admitted to? if it's school of management, then u put, school of management, no worry for department, and if u are in finace, you put finance under program of study.
your section is X, don;t worry about the attendance. i can't find the fax number, so u better call them for it.

我已经报完了，是在网上下的申请表，好像应该在Special student里面的申请表 section 应该是x ,然后就寄到申请表上面的地址就没有错了，过几天在上网查一下你已经选的课，就可以知道结果了

我填了表格，fax过去了。我上什么地方可以查到我是否已经报上了？

我打的电话给系里，他给我了个fax号，但是我send的时候，收据上的号码与我用的fax号码有一个数字的出入，再试一次还是这样。所以我不是很放心他们到底受到没有。
