Canadian Policemen are so powerful and we are powerless.
I seldom heard of any Policeman found guilty in crime, like FRAMING evidence (or OBSTRUCTION in JUSTICE, Conrad Black was jailed because he was found "Obstruction in Justice").

When I was young, a POLICE Inspector (plain clothed, off duty), was driving a car and was stopped by a policeman because of speeding. That Police Inspector shown to the policeman his gun and said I am also a policeman (and your Senior, I am a Police Inspector...). That policeman still issued that Police Inspector a ticket, and later he reported the case and that Police Inspector was fired, charged, and jailed, found guilty of "OBSTRUCTION in JUSTICE". That was the place where I lived before I immigrated to here. That place was a good place to live in before 1997. It has "INDEPENDENT Commission Against CORRUPTION"! And it has changed since 1997.....
