Please Help: Adobe Reader

村长, I did everything you have suggested. I even uninstalled the latest version and reinstalled the previous version (was working perfectly fine before the upgrade) and still have the same problem. I reboot each time I uninstall and install.

You said it happened to you once, what did you do to get it working again? Thank you very much for all your responses.

please try the following:
1, try system restore to a point before your adobe reader update. if not working,
2, http://www.revouninstaller.com/, download and install the trial version. completely uninstall all adobe free software (reader, flash player, air), including registry leftover. then re-install adobe reader again (from official website).
3, if still not working, try different adobe reader version.

Thank everyone very much for your helps. I tried all the suggestions and did not work.

I emailed Adobe and they responded. All I have to do is to double click on Eula.exe and accept their term and agreement. Now I can read PDF files!!!

Here is what I did:

• Using Windows Explorer navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Reader 11.0\Reader, then double-click on Eula.exe and accept the license agreement
