收到移民局来信，取枫叶卡，太苛刻了要带很多东西：


All your passports(current and expired) covering the last five years;
Record of Landing(IMM 1000);
Complete list of addresses for the past five years;
Notice of Assessment issued by Revenue Canada for the past 5 years;
Utility/phone/cable/cell phone bills for the past 5 years;
Canadian driver's licence and/or health card;
Proof that you have been living in Canada for the past 5 years;
Any other submissions or information you would like to have considered

请问，自己去取的都这样要求吗？ 谁经历过？

就是CALL CENTRE的电话，LOCAL OFFICE不提供电话，不过你要跟CALL CENTRE说急需卡，问他们卡是不是已经到LOCAL了

你取卡的时候也被要求带很多文件吗？

翻译

我为什么没有找专业翻译？因为：一，我打听的那家专业翻译要用一周的时间才能拿到翻译件；二，太贵了，一本护照起价$30，海关印章另算，最后他们的目标价可能是一本$50，我两次申请一共八本护照大概要$400。

找非专业的翻译，只是增加一份声明而已，何况海关印章非常简单并且每个印章都一样。

翻译的人不能是自己的家庭成员。

参照网上成功的经验，我的翻译件和声明：

估计这是公证书之类的措辞？ 是证明 在原件第一和第四页上的中国公安部出入境管理局的章不是假的。

没有要求。我搜索了一下，有人说只复印了有照片的第一页，过了。有人被要求提供护照的翻译公证。可能看案子的复杂程度吧。我打算复印有记录的页面，然后自己翻译。我的案子简单。
