Up to 100,000 people could be evacuated in Calgary as raging floodwaters slam southern Alberta, and the city's mayor is warning that the worst is yet to come.
"I grew up here. I spent a lot of time on the Bow and Elbow Rivers and I have never seen the river that high or that fast," Mayor Naheed Nenshi said at a news conference early Friday morning.
