Housemates needed for share apt near OU

Hi, Guys. I am a new graduate student in UO this year and I just came here for a week. I really want to find a nice apt with reasonable price near school. It is hard to get one to live by myself b/c the price is so high for all the apt in the Sandy hill area. So I'd like to find some people to rent one together. Here is the information I got:

Address: 170 Lees Ave
Price: 2bedroom: $1018.70, 3bedroom: $1468.70
Utility: All included in the rent

They even told me the local basic phone and internet expensive are included although I doubt it.

They also have one bedroom apt with price $793.70. One of my friend who is now living there show me the structure of the one bedroom apt. If somebody don't mind to take the living room, maybe we could share it together. Of cz I'll pay more of the rent. Acturally the person living in the bedroom doesn't have to go to kitchen and bathroom thought living room at all.

Really? It is strange b/c there are several people in my lab living there right now for more than 1 year and didn't mention any thing at all. But thanks for your remind anyway.
