1. Click the
Calendar button in the Navigation Pane if calendar is not the current view.

2. Double-click the meeting that requires editting in the Calendar pane. The meeting window for that specific meeting will appear.

3. Click the
Scheduling Assistant button in the ribbon.

4. Click the
Add Attendees button to invite additional attendees to the meeting. This will reveal the
Select Attendees and Resources window.

5. Select the appropriate
Address Book for your meeting attendees. Currently there are 2 Address books to choose from:
a. From the
Global Address List: Select
Global Address List from the
Address Book drop-down menu to search for attendees by first and last name. i.e. typing Joseph will return with all recipients at
WCMC with the name Joseph.

WCMC/NYPLDAP: Select
WCMC/NYP LDAP from the
Address Book drop-down menu to search for attendees by
WCMC or NYP CWID i.e. typing
"jar" will return all possible recipients with
CWID's containing "
jar".

NOTE: When using the WCMC/NYP [supportkb:LDAP] list, "More Columns" is the default search option. This means that typing "jar" will return with results searching by name AND by CWID.
6. Highlight the name of the attendee being added to the meeting and click the Required button if the attendee is a required participate in the meeting or Optional if the attendee's participation is optional.

7. Continue adding attendees, and then click the OK button to return to the meeting window.

8. Click the Appointment button in the toolbar to view or update the meeting details before sending the updated invite.

9. Once you are done, click on
Send Update button to notify the new meeting attendees.
