Responsibilities:

ØDeal directly with customers by telephone or email​

ØRespond promptly to customer inquiries​

ØSet up new customer accounts and process forms, applications and requests​

ØManage administration and maintain customer databases​

Qualifications:

Ø1-2 years experience of customer service experience​

ØExcellent communication skills and the flexibility to effectively work independently and as a team member​

ØGood command of MS Office Suite and computer knowledge​

ØFluency in English & Mandarin​
