现找一名卡尔顿或是渥太华大学的学生来homestay，房东白人女性，40多岁，人非常nice，全新装修的房子，家具一应俱全，你的床单毛巾都可以不带，我们都有。目前里面住的人的情况为：房东，她儿子（19岁），两名中国学生，以及三只小猫。非常温馨非常supportive的地方。全英文环境（我们会帮助你的英语口语及听力）。
对于candidate具体要求如下：
1. must be a full-time student
2. no smoking nor hard-drinking
3. Preferably 1year stay with food arrangement, minimum 8 months
4. First & last rent upfront
5. Must have conversational English capability
6. $ 550/month for rent and $300/month for food arrangement (reasonable food & fruits & juice supply, you can choose the kind of food you desire)
