左使，偶脚的警察的罚单上说的unsafe lane change 是指的从上高速开始到并入主线的一连贯动作unsafe，因为这一连贯动作就是在做lane change，而不是仅仅指楼主同道超车那个错误吧

早上在417 Maitland (E/B) 那个上闸口。前面的车开始并道，但车流比较慢，所以有小半个车位档在我前面。上高速时大家车速比较快，我后面的跟的也挺近。我就向右打盘同时加速绕过了前面的车。然后在上闸路上开出大概20米打灯并道入高速。后面在417主道上的警车这时赶上把我叫停。警察说我在避开前车时aggressive 不respect 其他司机。我回应了几句，就得到了一张unsafe lane change ticket (act 154 (1) a). 避开前车和上高速我检查过路况安全。避开前车我还是在同一路上并没change lane，更没有因为这个造成事故。因为要扣点，中午就要求上庭。怎么说有利？
