别说了,一说都是眼泪!我之前邻居的房子和握之前的房子一样,她去年冬天卖地比我今年冬天多卖了20K。20k啊!!!

我能告诉你他还是在grapevine上自己卖的,挂牌一周不到,一个open house后就卖掉了!我那20k只是sale price差价,还没算4%agent fee!

真没关系,我自己还装修了laundry room, interlock front and back yard, deck on the back yard, fence up...市场不好,我卖的时候,另外一个跟我家房型差不多,一个价钱,都比一年前低20k

4年前同2年前的价格不能比的。你朋友的房子2年前卖就可以涨60k+
