it is a nice piece of land...next to the new recreation complex...the city put the bullitin board there for a while...

but part of the land is too close to the hydro corridor...hope they build the parking lot along the hydro line instead of the class rooms...

The school will be set back well away from a nearby hydro corridor and Innovation Drive.

The school is actually in an industrial park instead of any residential area...you can see how good they are at planing
