Outsource到海外（印度、菲律宾等）的，大都是中、低级职位。高级职位外包到海外的很少。
所以应该瞄准高级职位。

加拿大的IT外包市场是$150亿每年。但外包到海外的，只有$30亿。
IT是留给感兴趣的人学的。现在对IT感兴趣的不多，所以将来竞争也不多。这样一来，大量高级职位给你留着了。
