信用卡扣了两次钱，请问是找信用卡公司还是找卖东西的地方？追的回来吗？

我遇到一次，找店里，当时就退了，简单。

楼主一点都不用担心。不久前我被ROGERS 收了7次100元，多收了600。信用卡公司说这很简单，先找多收费的公司，它会给及时退还的。如果30天内没退，通知信用卡公司，信用卡公司给你退。放心好了。不过，一般多收钱的公司都不愿迅速退款，做好多交涉几次的准备。如果不是收款员个人的错误，很可能是他们现金周转出现了问题，现借用你的钱顶几天。

遇到过店家推诿的，不过把收据fax到credit card公司，很快就退钱了。

银行的说找店里，去店里说让我去找经理，经理要调录像出来看，明天再去。

Does your card has a CHIP?
Did the manager ask you to enter twice??
Of course there are places like Loblaw, and if you buy grocery there and the amount is less than 100 dollars, you just tap the card reader and then you get your receipt print out.
If the amount of both transactions are the same, and happened to be charged the same time, you have ground to report this to your credit card company, you file a dispute to the second transaction, your credit card company should give you a reference number for your case, and probably told you when you receive your statement, you don't have to pay for the second transaction.
