42%加拿大人工资晚发一周会有财务问题

With the above number, if I am an employer, I don't fear my employees going on strike. They can't survive. Most Unions are toothless tiger, except. union members of City of Toronto, School boards, policemen, TTC (TTC bus driver can earn over 100K, quite a world record)
