角嘴海雀(puffin)（学名：Cerorhinca monocerata）为海雀科角嘴海雀属的鸟类。在中国大陆，分布于辽宁等地。该物种的模式产地在美国阿拉斯加。该物种已被列入国家林业局2000年8 月1日发布的《国家保护的有益的或者有重要经济、科学研究价值的陆生野生动物名录》。
角嘴海雀，也叫瓶鼻海雀或海鹦。它们有3种，与其他10多种没有长着大嘴的海雀一起组成一个海雀科，
归在鸥形目（一说鸻形目）下。角嘴海雀嘴的基部呈角质状，因此而得名。和所有海雀一样，角嘴海雀也是典型的海鸟。平时它们栖息于海洋上，只有繁殖时期才到岸边的岛屿或陆地上来。上岸时大致呈直立式，状如企鹅。善于游泳和潜水，一般能潜入水下10米以上。以鱼类、甲壳动物和其他海生无脊椎动物为食。角嘴海雀体长约35厘米，羽毛颜色鲜艳。
