Freephoneline + Fongo

Freephoneline 帐号只能在电脑上（Windows, Mac) 和 ATA 上用。
Fongo （以前叫 DellVoice) 帐号可用于 iOS, Android, 电脑，和 ATA

Freephoneline: "ATA 上用", believe u need to pay $50+tax for SIP setting in order to do that. It's a bit expensive, any way to use SIP client on smart phone/tablet without buying SIP setting from Freephoneline?

Fongo:
1. "帐号可用于 iOS, Android" by using apps provided by Fongo.
2. "电脑" - I still have DellVoice version 1 (I believe) which no longer works . . . for over 6 months. Does it work again?
3. "ATA 上用", unless u have an extremely old account when they 1st started (free for life) else u need to pay monthly fee to use it at home with their ATA. Am I missing something?

We uses both Freephoneline + Fongo a/c, 1 each but didn't buy SIP setting from Freephoneline. Anyway to use these accounts on smartphone/tablet without spending more $? (to make it worst, we are using Windows Surface running on RT, so few apps . . . )

Do u know if I still can forward Fongo# <-> Freephoneline#?

1 year+ before, there was never a problem., -> or <-. In the past 6 months, I don't even know what I can do anymore. Few months ago, I freaked out as I couldn't change forwarding. Waited few days, I could change. I changed forwarding last week, couldn't change it back few days ago.
