问个ebay和淘宝代购的问题

在ebay上看到一个ipad保护套，卖家是中国的，价格大概是$20元加币左右（含运费），淘宝的价格是人民币50-70，我还要找代沟然后付运费。网上查了查，运费的价格并不便宜。找代购也并不合算。好奇，ebay是怎么赚钱的？
