change the default IP of router: DIR-826L from 192.168.0.1 to 192.168.1.1 because the IP address of the router within the Italk BB voip adapter:SPA 2102 is 192.168.0.1.

then type 192.168.0.1 in any browse(IE etc)

Get rid of those bib talk stuff and make a clean connection first: modem->router, then test your networking capability. If everything turns to be fine, gradually add other stuff back.

我打电话给Teksavvy， 他们说能有线连接，说明他们的服务就没有问题。至于安装猫和ItalkBB， 那就要问自己和ItalkBB公司了

when I connect the modem-router-laptop physically, it doesnt work and I cannot use internext. So far, If I connect the modem to the laptop physically and directly, i can use internet.

reset your router using a pin and power down everything. waiting 5 minutes. then turn on the power of the modem first, then router and finally the laptop.
