Looking to rent two furnished rooms to two University students in my four bedroom house. The rooms will be available on January 1, 2014. The price is $450.00 per room per month and includes all utilities such as heat, hydro, cable, A/C, laundry facilities, kitchen appliances and WiFi. Excellent location. 30-minute bus drive to Ottawa University. Walking distance to bus stops (31, 94, and 131) and to grocery stores, cinema, banks, restaurants, etc. No pets allowed. Non-smoking please. I work for the government of Canada and teach French at the Orleans Chinese School on Saturdays. I speak English, French, Spanish, and I’m learning Mandarin.
