找个专业律师专业会计， 蓄意逃避债务法庭也一点办法都没有。

Incorporation 是独立法人， 独立债务个体，除非Owner把个人资产抵押进公司债务。
打个比方， Nortel破产， 你觉得董事会要倾家荡产抵债么？
从法律上来讲， Nortel和各类Inc的小公司是一样的。

求助各位大神，我之前工作的老板发完最后一个月的工资后（By cheque）关门携款跑路了，支票兑不出钱，账户上的资金已经转移，本来准备去劳工部讨要说法，结果他申请破产保护并且已经提前通过各种手段转移了所有资产，也就是说他没有任何资产可以变卖以还我们员工工资。不知道有没有什么办法可以讨回工资？

我是个留学生，之前在那打part time，就欠我几百块，但是其他员工包括full time的，欠了好几千。。。我觉得钱是其次，重点是要个说法，希望各位大神给点意见。。。

也不一定，饭店当时不知是注册的CORPORATION还是SOLEPROPRIETORSHIP,要是后者可以追个人资产。
