Ottawa area to see weekend dumping of snow
OTTAWA – The National Capital Region is under a special weather statement from Environment Canada, calling for a good amount of snow over the weekend.
The Ottawa area could see up to 15 centimetres of snow Saturday, with a chance of more flurries Sunday.
Areas closures to the St. Lawrence river are expected to see snow changing to rain, with the risk of freezing rain.
