想问一下孩子的attendance record是什么？

刚收到一封税务局来信，“幸运”地被抽查了，其中有一条要求提供孩子的attendance record，可以用report card代替吗，因为上面有缺席率，还有就是信上也没说提供原件还是复印件，那我可以提供复印件吗？因为地税证明啥的，我还要留着，以后还要用呢。

是跟孩子牛奶金有关的，估计是想看孩子是否在加拿大，因为有不少孩子在国内，但是家长还申请着牛奶金，估计是这原因

我想，提供孩子相应时间段的Report Card复印件就够了。

Do they have the right to check student,s report cards? Maybe just get an attendance letter from school instead. Maybe school also has the right to refuse

Years ago, I was asking citizenship to make a certified photocopy of my card as requested by province. They refused to make such a photocopy and told me that I would need a court order to it.

Then, the province told me to show the card to them in person, if I was afraid of losing the card in mail. Damn, they were located at Thunder Bay...

Funny story, huh?!

我们家去年也被查到。

去学校的office要一份attendance letter，包含小孩子及父母的名字，关系，家庭地址，以及注册学期的年份。office似乎很熟悉这个，还会盖上校长的章。

地税用复印件就可以。
