no, u can't. it's only for regular student. Special students can only select 2 of the course from the list they are offering.

don;t trust the Online Registration Navigator, a lot of my friends,and inlcuding myself had problems with that. So, best suggestion is go there by person.

nope, OU doesn't take phone registeration. After u have registered, u can pay right away. good luck
