寻找：近魁大Hull分校8月中/下旬可入住房屋
本人魁大学生（男）,非常随和，no smoking, 。望能单独或者分租近魁大Hull分校房屋（步行10分钟以内最好）
1.一定要签到8月24日以前的正式lease,因为我是2003年5月25日登陆Toronto，想得到魁省贷款和助学金。
2.基本家具：床，书桌，凳子，internet等

Like you sugguest, I can rent the room for August only.
Can I bring the money to you and some of my stuff to that room one day of next week (from July 28th to August 4nd, which day I have not decide yet) or must I wait until August 1st or later? cause I wanna stay there for 2 or 3 days.
by the way, if I leave the room empty for more than 20 days on August, can the rent be a little cheaper than 320$?
please note I wanna the official lease under my name.cause I landed in Toronto on May 25th,2003 and wanna study there as a Quebec citizen.( must transfer to Quebec in 3 months)
by the way, I am living in Toronto now!
