I added the amount of $650 d Via PayPal, you will have to send $550 as an Upfront Payment to the Pick Up agent via money gram so they can make arrangements for the pick up date and exchange time Officially.
NOTE: PayPal won't credit the funds until they receive the money gram information from you due to Transaction Safety Tips regarding excess payments made for the Pick Up/Shipping charges.
