根我所知，可以与外国合伙人共同注册一公司。但是，你必须拥有大股，51%以上就可以了。

这个，只是在注册的文件中那么注明而已，加拿大又没有注册资本一说。

你可以花钱请律师为你搞定。

公司网站如何注册域名，俺不知道。
