Please Help : How to condense Quickbooks Data File (2014)

The QuickBooks file is getting larger over the years. We would like to condense the data.

Googled and we found a few sites suggested
File > Utilities > Condense Data

However, there was no "Condense Data" command after "Utilities". Does anyone know how to condense QuickBooks Data File. This is QuickBooks Pro 2014 version.
