I am so sorry for my late reply. I was out of town for the last two weeks.
I used to go itpub.net->OCP board to get the e-books and self-test software. You can also go to oradb.net as well. The difference is the latter one doesn't need an id/passwd thing, but less updated stuffs though.
Or, I can give you my CDs, if you haven't found anything yet.
