This house is located in 58 Russell Avenue, which is in the Sandy hill community, 7 minutes walk to the University of Ottawa.
This house includes 2 floors. The Landlord who is a very nice Malaysia Lady lives on the first floor. On the second floors, there are 5 single rooms, one big kithen and one nice bathroom. My room is the only one has a seperate nice baconly, which is my favorate. Now I have to move to another place for some reason. I would like to help my landlord to find someone taking place of me to live here. We prefer quiet girl without smoking habit or pets. This place will be avaliable since 1th July.
