求 建议---昨天发帖召伙伴 run a fast food franchise business,seek inputs?

一听就知道楼主没有经验。还是听听村长的,或者实际去体验一下。还有要看是哪家连锁,如果是treats这样的就别考虑了,政府楼里的连锁店就那么几家。如果是周边上的也差不多,而且连锁店自己还不可以擅自修改,想有自己的特色都不容易,还要交连锁费用。

所以生意不是什么人都能做的,必须要有死猪不怕开水烫的精神,最起码要脸皮厚。
万一买下来后,一半人或者全部人都搬新地方了,那就。。。。。。
那生意现在是哪国人在做呀?如果卖了老长时间都没卖掉,那想都不用想了,这世界上比你聪明的人多着呢(我是这样认为的):evil::evil::evil:

lease is 5 (fee 12000), 5y(renewal, 5000) 这是什么意思?
ROI=return on investment. My understanding is that if you throw 30W into a your small business over a period of next three years from your own pocket, and if you can make net profit 30W within this three years. Some businesses, you can follow this rule, some business, not. It varies dramatically with numerous factors. However, sometime, ROI might be very misleading, it is only one of the many factors you should take into consideration when you purchase a business. Even if the ROI for a business for a 1 year period is 1, this business might not be a good one.

哥们,奉劝一句,谨慎行事。你现在还不懂小生意,没有经验,又这样自命不凡,很危险。

如果销售额能稳定到36w, 对于办公楼里的快餐是很不错的业绩。评判一个生意的关键因素你都没有提,是否是一个好生意很难说。

其实也没有那么复杂。ottawa downtown这种生意,如果你能确定有36万的收入,基本就是老板员工都拿基本工资,能cover所有的cost。比36万多出来的,就是老板们的利润;比这个数少的,就要从老板的最低工资里出了。
