Question about ADM1100-ADM1300

Some questions need your kind reply.Thanks first.
I know that ADM1300 and ADM1302 are ONLY offered to B of C. Students registered in other faculties can take ADM1100 and ADM1102 for the same knowledge. There are no different course description between ADM1300 and ADM1100 (or ADM1302 and ADM1102).But I find the last sentence of ADM1100/ADM1102 description is "Cannot be taken for credit by School of Management baccalaureate students nor be COMBINED FOR CREDIT WITH ADM1300/ADM1302" . I do not understand it clearly.I know that ADM1300/ADM1302 is prerequisite for some other ADM2xxx courses.If I take ADM1100/ADM1102 first as a student of other faculties and transfer to B of C in second year,should I take ADM1300/ADM1302 to get some same knowledge again?

我印象中ADM1300，ADM1100授课的内容都一样，都是老peter教的。
ADM 1300有很多case要做，只有Management的学生可以选，
ADM1100好像则没那么多case，供非Management的学生选。
至于是否可以互相transfer，最好还是问系里。

i guess if u wanna transfer to the B of C,u 'd better take adm 1300,not adm1100
