按照LZ的描述，在停车场被撞门了，应该是对方的错。
无论开门多久，在停车场内，当停车的时候应该看清楚情况才能进入停车位里，如果保险公司就是一人一半的责任，打死都要争。

如果门已经打开，人也正在下车，就是对方的错；如果是同步进行，就是开门的错了。

对方二儿了点儿，是真的。

关键就是楼主你停车有多久了，门开了有多久了，对方才出现的。
你停车时查看了，当时对方的车没有approach，那怎么可以算在你头上呢？

如果车门一开就必定越过黄线， 说明停车场设计的宽度不合理。
不过我严重怀疑开门必越黄线。
