Job Title: Senior Service Agent

Salary: Base salary $60,000 + commission
Responsibilities:
- Providing information, build relationships with clients to address their financial needs.
- Satisfy client information requirements by being responsive, thorough and accurate
- Ensure ongoing relationship development to deliver customer relationship growth and to guarantee awareness of potential new products
- Maintain and grow networks to grow knowledge and generate sales opportunities
Qualifications:
- Above 5 years experience in sales
- Basic knowledge of insurance
- Superior communication skills and the flexibility to effectively work independently
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills to assess situations
- Experience in selling insurance products is considered as an asset
- Fluency in English
