Chapel Hills seems indeed to have lost some grouds, but does it have to do with Walmart? Walmart on Innes is not in Chapel Hill.

最初Chapel Hills的房价高于Avalon，源于Place d'Orléans的商业区。后来innes商业区大规模成型，变得非常繁华，Walmart从Place d'Orléans 搬至 innes，对Chapel Hills造成最沉重的一击。现在Place d'Orléans mall冷冷清清，Chapel Hills 房价每况愈下。

Chapel Hill is relatively far away from Place d' Orleans. It is mainly on Forest Valley, and small part of Orleans Blvd close to Innes. Actually, Walmart is much closer now to Chapel Hill residents.

The ravine is under high volt electric transport line and future transport way.
So many sales on the street after city approved the transport way.
Suggest you check Chapel hill north if you like trees.
