At Greenbank, the $43.5-million widening project includes a major new underpass in the heart of Barrhaven, where the road and the track (now owned by Via) cross between Malvern and Berrigan drives, including room overhead for Via to add two more tracks if it wants to. Most of the money is in the city’s 2013 budget.
