如果拒绝你的话，最好是到系里注册，添张ｆｏｒｍ就ｏｋ了

I tried to get into the RN by using my account just now,

I found those words "You are currently excluded from the Registration Navigator."

your situation is better than me...

Anyway, I guess using fax is a good idea.

I got your problem. Actually, you should have used the RN but not degree navigator. The Degree Navigator is to print some important information, such as courses reports, when the RN is out of service. I guess you are a new student, and you don't have any information about your academic studying at the University of Ottawa; therefore, if you used the Degree Navigator, of course you would be blocked by the system.

I tried to use the Degree Navigator under my account just now. There was no problem at all...

By the way, I have to tell you that you can't use the Degree Navigator to register or choose courses.
