ENG1100有多难?请多建议,谢谢!

今天跟ADVISOR面谈了一下选课问题,因为我想一年后转系(ECONOMICS->ACCOUNTING)必需要有较好的成绩,她建议我不要一上来就选ENG1100(而且我可以不修它的,但是我想TAKE它以便第二年省修ENG1131).她建议我先去Second Language Institute参加个考试,最好先TAKE一门ESL的课程作为选ENG1100的过渡.听她的介绍,好象ENG1100很难的样子.我TOEFL是240(4.5),如果这学期选它和另外3门课(ADM1100,ECO1104,PHI1101),还是会很紧张不易拿好成绩吗? 如果不选语言课,CSI1301又全满了,两门MAT的学分要等开学以后才能从国内拿到DESCRIPTION转,所以估计届时也选不上ADM2303了,还有什么好选的呢?印象中是要一学期修够10个学分才算FULL TIME学生的.

the work load is heavy and haven't heard from anyone got B and above in that class. strongly suggest you don;t taking that course, if u wanna high GPA. ECO is easy, PHI and ADM are hard to get good marks. why don't u take French, u can definitely get B+ in that course.

I have a native Canadian friend; he got C for this course. He said this course is harder than hell.
