looking for service to ship parcel from china to ottawa

Hi,
my company need to buy goods (specific fabric , ~ $400 rmb) from china. the sender in china has no access to internal courier service (Fedex, UPS) only local courier. can anyone suggest company that can receive our goods inside china on our behalf then ship it to us in an economical way.

thank you, the sender is in village. he only has access to 顺丰快递服务 which 顺丰 does not ship to canada. the sender is ~ 20km away from nearby town which has china post service. The China post did not give him cost estimate unless he brings the goods to the post office. and he does want to take the goods back and forth. He mainly sells to the locals and has no oversea shipping experience.
I am looking for something similar to aioexpress.com 包裹转寄. but want to hear experience from others.
