Pervert is what pervert thinks.
Science is Science. Teaching kids about some definitions of body parts does not make it perverted.
Every boy or girl have those body parts they have identified. Why mentioning them by scientific name would be perverted? That's beyond my comprehension.

北欧很激进。我老人家辛苦找到了dutch model。原来人家先进的教纲是between 12~15 year old.

I finally opened the huge PDF file about famous dutch model . I did not find the age of sex-orientation sex-diversity education of Holland. In this article which appraised the dutch model,

S u bsidised by the Dutch gove rn m e n t ,the “L a n g l e ve de liefde”(“Long Live Love”) package wa s d e veloped in the late 1980s, when AI D S became recognised as a threatening health p r o b l e m . “A I D S was an impetus for sex educ ation in schools,” s ays Jo Reinders of Soab e s t ri j d i n g, the Dutch foundation for STD (sexually transmitted diseases) control,w h i c h d e veloped the package in consultation with c h u r c h e s , health officials and family planning organizat i o n s. “It forced teachers to become more explicit and to discuss norm s and values using a part i c i p at o ry approach.”

This paragraph obviously stated that their sex education (dutch model) is between 12~15 year old. Not 8. Maybe I missed some text. So, maybe you could provide me a more detailed instruction. It would be my pleasure to discuss science with you here. And this article did not discuss about sex oreintaiton/diversity neither, too radical.
