Provides a one-stop, drop-in service for all residents of Ottawa-Carleton who have housing problems. Assistance and advocacy services regarding housing emergencies, eviction, discrimination, locating housing, applications to subsidized housing, maintenance and repair problems, and illegal rents. Housing Help keeps a rent registry and vacancy listing for Ottawa-Carleton. Public education publications, presentations, and the Homelessness Maze are also available. Services are also provided at the Ottawa-Carleton Immigration Services Organization, the Women's Shelter, the Youth Services Bureau and the Nepean Community Resource Centre on a weekly basis.
