报税的租房收据应该怎么写？

和室友合租，我住客厅，室友是房东，要报税需要写一个收据让室友签个字，请问大家知道这种租住客厅的有什么标准的收据格式吗？

if you roommate is the OWNER of this place, then he/she should write rental receipt with signature for you

e.g. you paid $5000 in total for renting his place at year 2014
then write:

Mr./Ms. XXX has paid $5000 for rental from 2014 Jan to 2014 Dec.

应包括 时间, 租金, 地址 房东姓名(或公司名), 电话.

如果只是合租的话，你交的房租只是在室友手上转个手，又付出去了。好像不能算他有房租收入吧。你应该让真正的房东写收据。
