You are WRONG. Nobody wants to do something with lining up. Many students pay the tuition through the bank or Electronic bank.

For instance, I have a bank account on the TD bank. Each time I bring the INVOICE from the university to the bank and tell a clerk that I want to pay the tuition to the University Of Ottawa. The clerk will help you to pay it if you have enough money in your account.

Another way; TD bank has an EASYWEB system (I am pretty sure many banks have the same service system.) You can find the University Of Ottawa on the institutes’ lists and pay the tuition directly.

Since I have to pay amount of money for tuition, I always go to the bank by myself...

You can contact the Finance University of Ottawa or your bank to ask the details. If you have account at the TD bank, I can teach u how to do it step by step.

Remember, paying tuition through the bank and E bank is safe and fast. I strongly recommend it.

what you mean the account number? The bank account number? the invoice number or the institues number...

如果不知道如何从网上交学费。可以拿着学校寄给你的INVOICE到银行的TELLER那里直接转帐。他们会从你的帐户里把钱直接划给学校。
另：学校有专门的帐号，号码的具体组合我忘了。但是里面包含着学生号，以区别是谁交的。可以去银行问问。我的就是有一次去银行办别的事情，银行的人主动帮我设的。

Another way to do it is bank draft.
Is this your first session?
If so,you may have to go to info service to register and get your student ID,and then they will tell u how much you need to pay to UO.Then go to your bank with the invoice letter from info service,ask teller to make a bank draft which is payable to Univeristy of Ottawa.Bring draft back and hand in to the info service.
Probably the bank draft will cost 5-6 CAD.

But I think it is a good way for students who just got here.When I came here,I had no credit cards,no check,no internetbanking and I knew nothing about what the registration and tuition fee payment should be.So banking draft was my only way to pay the fee at that time.
