市中心Bank街@Somerset Street有个建筑，外部不能动，内部在大翻修。

议会山几个建筑在维修，包括换紫铜屋顶，那是天价。

其实吧，这地方没知识没文化没意思没素质的四无人太多，有时候我自己都问自己，为啥在这里上贴啊？在这里干啥呢？要逐步纠正错误。

据说因为总理府没冷气，没暖气，上下水道老化，门窗都透风。所以要马上花10个米修善翻新。真不知道哈勃一家子这10年怎么忍的。住在如此破烂的房子里。

那贴说主要修 plumbing, roofing,这要下水道老堵，房顶总漏，生活质量差很多。在中国住过老楼房，的确这两样是小时最烦人的记忆，直到移民后有时做噩梦，还梦见老屋厕所黄水横流。

不是中央空调，不是中央暖气，1866年建的房子，50年没有好好维修过。从里到外，整个一个破烂不堪。前几任也都抱怨过。

我们谁家的房子１５年后不扔钱进去啊。
