不是中央空调，不是中央暖气，1866年建的房子，50年没有好好维修过。从里到外，整个一个破烂不堪。前几任也都抱怨过。

我们谁家的房子１５年后不扔钱进去啊。

翻修，管道、电线重新铺设，装中央空调、暖气，内部基本全拆，换门窗、换屋顶，...，可能只留那主结构和外墙。 那人工费得是盖新房子的数倍。
