家里要定制一个设备，对方画了图纸提了参数要求，可是下面这段话我理解不了，哪位机械类，设计类的大神帮忙解释指点下？

就是上面这段话，，
max deviation with a 1 lb load applied in a direction paralle to the datum at a distance 28in from the edge of the table-top on the column side。

我的理解就是a 1 lb load 按图 applied in a direction paralle to the datum at a distance 28in from the edge of the table-top on the column side (图里那个施力点到夹角端点的距离），那个夹角（可以因为形变或give之类的）是 0.5 - 0.7 degree。
